Hi, I’m Amanda — welcome to my page!As the famous saying goes, “I didn’t choose this path—it chose me”. And that saying couldn’t be more true. It chose me in the middle of a custody hearing, a courthouse hallway, and in the middle of the night, with tears pouring down my face while lying on the floor of my master bathroom. It chose me the day that I realized no one was coming to save me, so I had to learn how to save myself.
If someone had told me this would be my life, I would’ve laughed—but here we are, and I embrace it. I’ve raised three beautiful, nearly-grown children while navigating systems that weren’t built for women like me—or families like mine. I’ve been a military spouse, a full-time working mom, a sexual assault advocate for my daughters, and a survivor of narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. And through it all, I was able to pick myself up, dust myself off, and become someone who somehow kept showing up, even when it felt like my world was crumbling beneath me.
By the time I finished my seventh legal battle, I had filled out so many interrogatories, prepared for so many depositions, and testified so many times in court, I joked with friends that someone ought to hand me an honorary Juris Doctorate—I had become a pro at the process. But this isn’t about playing lawyer. This is about teaching people how to navigate legal and emotional hell without losing themselves—and most importantly, without losing their children or their peace in the process.
I bring with me a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, over ten years of lived legal system experience, and a deep understanding of how law, trauma, and family dynamics often intertwine. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in project management and consulting, organizing chaos and driving change and innovation for businesses. But in my personal life, I found myself quietly doing the exact same thing—except the stakes were higher and the systems more brutal. I would project manage my own cases and even streamline how documentation was delivered to opposing counsel. And somewhere in that process, it occurred to me: this is what I was born to do.
I started this consulting and coaching practice not to “fix” you, but to empower you. I don’t want to hand you a fish—I want to teach you how to cast your line, sharpen your tools, and walk into your next court date, mediation, or life transition knowing exactly who you are and what you stand for. Together, we will work to defeat your Goliath.
My promise? You can tell me anything. No judgment—ever. Your mess won’t scare me, your silence won’t confuse me, and your story won’t surprise me. I’ll walk with you, guide you, and encourage you until you can see and feel strong enough to stand up again and fully rebuild the life you once knew. I will teach you how to find yourself in the chaos. We’ll strategize your case together, cry together if needed, and likely laugh a lot too—because healing doesn’t have to be hollow. It can be grounded, gritty, witty, and even a little bit holy.
And through it all, I promise to keep your children’s well-being at the center. Every decision, every document, every next step—we do it with their safety, stability, and emotional health in mind. Because when they’re thriving, you’ve already won.
To me, this isn’t just coaching. It’s a calling.
